How to move a car...
This one teaches you how to make a car move, its pretty simple, but difficulty varies on the angle of the car and the background.
OK first, select a picture, I chose this Astra:
Select ONE of the wheels only and then copy and paste into a new layer.
With the selection still on, radial blur it to 1 or 2.This varies depending on wheel size or the angle.
Now go back to the first layer, and select the other wheel, then do the same for it as you did with the first one.
Thats not bad at all right? Wait, why are the wheels moving but the car isn't? So now we need to make the background move at the angle of the car! This isn't very hard though, just select the area, including that visible in the cars windows, and copy and paste on a new layer.
With that done, deselect selection and then motion blur that layer at your desired liking BUT at the angle the car is facing.
This step is only important if the background is overlapping some part of the car, now all you have to do is select the real image and select the body parts of the car that is being overlapped. then copy and paste that on a new 4th layer.
Flatten and
Ta'da!
Note: For front or rear angled images, I recommend a Zoom Blur instead of Radial.
Also, if the car is in such a way that you are able to see a driver (like with clear windows and a straight angle) you could make a layer and add a person to make it look more realistic.
OR
You can tint the windows or color them such that it looks like you can't see through them.
